By using CallZi AI you agree to these terms. CallZi provides AI phone-receptionist software that answers and makes calls, books appointments, and sends notifications on your behalf.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and scripts you configure for your AI receptionist.
You must comply with all applicable laws, including call-recording consent laws and telemarketing/TCPA rules for any outbound calling.
You are responsible for activity under your account and any Google account you connect.

Service availability

We work to keep the service reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for missed calls, bookings, or business losses arising from use of the service.

Billing

Paid plans are billed as described at signup. Usage-based charges (calls, numbers) may apply.

Termination

You may stop using CallZi at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
